Raising a Peaceful Generation.

Sunshine International School is proud to be the First School in Bauchi State And the whole of Nigeria to introduce the Peace project into School activities in September 2010. The school is Extremely proud to see that other schools in Bauchi are fast following their steps to teach their students the spirit of peace, love and sharing. The students of S.I.S have been taught the spirit of giving (to the less privileged) as well as loving people equally irrespective of their race, gender, religion, ability or disability and with the help of their parents they have fed, clothed and provided toys for Orphans and almajiris in NOT only Bauchi state but Abuja- the Federal Capital Territory where food, clothes, toys and writing materials were sent to orphanages.
One of the most important aspects of bringing a child up is to instil the notion of sharing within them.  The ability to share will always inspire a peaceful atmosphere so making our children aware that sharing with one another is a vital life skill is of paramount importance.
