As part of our peace club, each school year the students of our school collect donations for the less privileged. last year we collected donations enough for not only orphanages in Bauchi but for as far as Abuja. This year we are proud to announce that all donations collected were distributed to not only the orphans but to 60+ almajiris. during science exhibition in the secondary section, students raised money for donations by selling their work. the money was added to monetary donations raised by parents of both the primary and secondary school and 2 sacks of slippers were purchased. Each almajiri got the following
1. a new pair of plastic slippers
2. 1 washing soap
3. 1 bathing soap
4. indomie
5. a pencil
6. an exercise book
7. a shirt and trousers
Their caretakers were given:
1. shoes.
2. a box of cube sugar
3. a packet of spaghetti or macaroni.
4. clothes
in the orphanage, the orphans were given cheesy, indomie, a ghana must go of clothes, shoes, packets of omo, books, pencils, washing soap and bobo drinks.
